What a fun project this one was. We completely rebuilt this entire structure over an existing swimming pool. In addition we added 10 ‘ to the entire length of the pool and completely restored it. We added a multi-level administration wing and numerous interior renovations.   

 Apcon was the key ingredient to this successful project. We provided the complete exterior shell, Metal truss roof structure, Hardi siding, Pypon & Azek trim, windows, doors and complete interior construction to over 30,000 Sq. Ft. of tenant fit outs.  

 This was one of our most challenging projects. Due to geographical location and brutal winter weather conditions it put our endurance to the test. Although our scope was limited to the interior framing and drywall we played a major role in the reconstruction of this historical building.
